i feel the same too, the road also packed with cars. with border close, i would think the business of malls shld recover faster as can' t go Johor for shopping, can' t go Europe, US, Thailand, etc.
What can people do during weekend especially those with Kids?
I agree with e-commerce, those traditional shops may not have good business in malls despite good mall traffic, some of them may close eventually. But if this happens, a new tenant with better business model will take over.
Just hope situation here is stable and dont have another wave which trigger new CB.
