sgx is consolidating at 7.30 level, if sgx goes 7.30 i will go in and buy, but confident not so high at 7.30, so may go in 70-100 lots only, hope to make peanut profits...

 

 

from what i see, sem ind can buy at 2.55, if keep for few days can make eg 2-3 bids, DYODD, i still monitoring this stock

bro i don play stocks other than STI components. but i take a look at ums, this stock has gone up too much.

My trading principle is i don chase stocks that goes up too much, i only buy when they retrace or they reach their low tide on that particular trading range, eg sgx i go in at 7.24, the low is estimated at 7.10 level, so i opined that if i go 7.24, the max i kana is 10-14 cents, but the rewards can be 20-40 cents, so i go in and i trade this way.

so for ums, if it show sign of retrace, if i have profit position, sure i let go, better take profits then to see profits being erase time after time lo

from what i see, as i had even pointed out in another thread since early january, market still inching up, no doubt is slow, any pullback is good opportunity to buy on dip and make some profits. For me i don believe in monkey theory, but you guys can keep talking about monkey anyway, freedom of expression

I also don believe in SCS or sure come stock. no such thing that we proclaim certain stock as SCS and upon this stock reach another level, it is another SCS range. Sound conflicting isn' t it?

But i believe in range trading, but range trading is dynamic, the trading range can be change over time, such as ascendas reits, last time trading at 2.50-2.60 level, but now it is trading at 2.78-2.85 level. If we buy ascendas at eg 2.80, if the stocks goes say 2.75, it may hint to us that this stock may engage in longer term downtrend, then we may consider to cut lost so to preserve capital. Anyway looning is acceptable for long position, but for short position, if you loon, you got to pay very high price if the stocks show no mercy and keep going up. You got to pay borrwing cost, interest charges as well as every few months you go to pay dividend, therefore i don go short

People say do both buy or short let one make more money, for me, trading both long or short may make your mind confuse and end up may lose more money. Just like those that long capitaland, from 3.05 to 3.20 they make quite some profit, but eventually they change their position from buy to short, short 3.20 and now what is the price of capitaland? it is 3.46 man

i cannot simply say a bank counter will drop 3.5 dollar la, this is not professional and ill advise to fellow comrades here. for bank like uob or dbs to drop SGD 3.5, mean banks are at 21.50 level, all time low for the years,  totally not possible scenarion for the moment, unless dow lao sai or plunge 2000 points over days then maybe it is possible. well it is just my personal view. But some may believe that banks may plunge, therefore it is affecting their trading decision. i feel sorry for them

capitaland..3.45 is a good buy for few bids profits

risk is 3.42/3.43....gain potential is this counter may reach 3.5x

i will enter small small eg 200-300 lots if capitaland reach 3.45 sell q or 3.44
