Agree with u wind... I lost it , anyway set it within 50-100 lots don't play too big. Risk appetite smaller makes u sleep better
Well if u lose a patek philippe it is ok..
But dont lose your hdb flat or condo..
Know your limit..
Better put money in bank or under ur pillow
This is a friendly advice..
Want to play also can bet must be ready to lose it all..like if u go to sands or mbs gamble..
The price movement of nat cool very jialat..

Short volume 1-2 m , easy to drop by 1 cent as there isn't much resistance from the start. If u want to buy up also vice versa
This is absolutely not the same as ABL. The shareholders accumulated shares to fight against Mr Ang, not manipulating. But we have to wait till end of Monday and see if any forced selling happened on last Fri.
Wow. It will be very interesting on Monday if there is any announcement on increase in shareholdings. Let' s see if Ang fights back or let his rice bowl be smashed. Good luck

The ABL trio trapped a lot of ppl , both rich and poor as it drop rapidly by 100 over bids in just minutes..
Isr drop is similar to nat cool..but not as bad as the famous ABL trio..
Usually it wont end well after that... it can be "pretty scary"?
Always keep your money in safe places like in the bank or under your pillow..
If you put in such erratic counter ..u have to like some say , " be ready or ok to lose it all.."

From my observation since it can drop so fast eg 20 bids in 1 second...its best for those non professional/retailer stay out of this..just a word of advice....
as u wont have time to cutloss..the drop is so fast like ABL trio and ISR ...
So whatever it is , it cant be good..
How many of u lost big in this ?

I remember vividly that Tech oil n gas ( now under jm) was going downhill all the way to 10-11 cts, after sgx announcement of a ssh acquired a substantial amt of shares, it gapped up and went all the way to 30 cts, will history repeat itself?
I m still not vested, but after yesterday' s lim n ong' s acquision of 12 millionshares at 20-22 cts, i think its not so straight forward afterall.

Lim, ong and tseng just need another 7 over million shares ( 19-12 mil) to veto Ang' s proposal of issuing shares. Maybe, on 15 or 16 th dec, the trio has accumulated that quantum?

The worse case scenario is it can drop to below 6c on force selling..etc..
The drop is rapid ..ie from 0.115 it can drop to 0.095 in about 1 second..
Good luck to those...

The total shareholdings for natcool after the placement of 27 mil shares to Mr Ng is 250 million. The top 20 major shareholders hold about 81% of this company, making this easy meat for operators to control the prices. But what puzzled me the most y despite the board tussle and the ensuing 2nd egm, the operators still wanna crash this counter to close at 9.6 cts yesterday.
Theres no smoke without fire.

Mr Lim: 4.5M shares for 1.05 million, Mr Ong: 7.5M shares for 1.57 million, together 12M shares for 2.62 million, average about 0.22/share. But for the placement to Mr Ng Quek Peng, 27M shares for 1.75 million, 0.065/share. Thus, Mr Joseph Ang placed at very low price and hurted the small& other substantial shareholders

Those who observed can see that the share drop very fast...many lose big time..

The two bot on 14th dec 2016, 15 n 16 th dec share purchaes, if any is still not being reflected in sgx announcement.
In the 2nd egm announcement, if u own shares 72 hrs prior to the 22nd dec egm, u r still entitled to vote on the 2nd egm.
So these few dsys the corporate action on nat cool will be interesting to note.
Lim, ong n tseng are all out to oust joseph ang in this forthcoming egm.
My views only, it could be very wrong. Do your due diligence if u wanna trade in this volatile n speculative coonter.

Not 45 mil but 4.5 million shares.

If 2rd EGM passes, Mr Ang n Gangs can't issue any new shares without shareholders' approval. So in AGM in Apr 2017, Mr Lim, Ong n Tsng have good chance to get rid of Mr Ang Bros. What Mr Ang can do is to keep accumulating shares from us. If EGM fails, Mr Ang has no worry abt his position, as he can place out new shares at low price to favour him in voting.
