Ug is a lameduck now .. as a lot of broker restriction and it carry substantial debt compare to riverstone..it probably need rights issue to survive the debt pile..
While,
Riverstone debt is low, its a much bigger company than ug, however share price already doubled, earnings gowth shld be ok but already priced in at high pe of 22x..

But the Sector PE is about 35x in Malaysia.
22x is still discounted. See analyst Buy call report.
UG is trading lower PE fwd earnings and has a lot more upside imo. Cheers
