Cashed out a lot recently and waiting..
Run through the whole range and can only see medical counters good for next few qtrs.
Re-enter the rest ( esp blue chips ) after another major correction. Just my current strategy for this cycle. All the best. Huat.
Companies dealing with gloves and medical equipments would be choice of today.
From technoical point of them, the stock is super overbought.
From valuation point of view, it is also approaching to the true valuation. Now people are forecasting super profitability in the few quarters. Hence, many of them are willing to pay a premium now.

Different analysts use different valuation methodologies in valuing a stock.
Without a proven vaccine, this Covid-19 will stay with us for years. It is like co-existing with human race. Look at the countries now, many of them couldn' t take it after 2-3 months of lockdown, the people rather die of the virus than no job, no food, etc. For those successful countries that managed to contain the outbreak like NZ, HK, etc, they also fear of opening up to international travelling. Even with that, there is also no guarantee that there won' t be resurggent cases internally, just like SK.
Therefore, the demand for masks, gloves, PPE, ventilators, and medical related equipment will continue to see surge in demand. Even a penny stock can eventually become a mid-cap or mid-cap becoming blue chip.

It's common sense, everyone knows the situation and can logically expect earnings to be better than the previous period so they buy in in anticipation of good results. What's there to question? Lol
