FROM THE REGIONAL MORNING NOTES... Riverstone Holdings (RSTON SP) Positive Takeaways From Conference Call Raise Target Price By 18% 
We held a conference call with Riverstone&rsquo s CEO on 21 May 20. Key takeaways are: a) there is robust demand for healthcare gloves and ample room for ASP hike, with ASP hikes only starting in May 20 b) cleanroom gloves are enjoying healthy demand, with a surprise ASP hike in Jun 20 and c) capacity expansion is set to fully come on line in 4Q20. We raise our 2020F EPS by 21% and PE-based target price by 18% to S$2.53 (23.1x 2020F PE). Maintain BUY. 

 

Likewise, held it many years ago n through one stock split 5 or 6 years ago. Collecting div while waiting for it to wake up.   Finally!  

FrankFrankie      ( Date: 26-May-2020 11:20) Posted: love this stock, have been holding it for many year and this year it finally awoke... but it seems like riverstone  is a little too overvalued at the moment. the profit has only increased by 50% (in the recent results) but already stock price increased by two times. And all these haven' t consider the big fat bonuses that the directors are going to pay to themself and their employee come year-end and they are already at full capacity with only an incremental number of additional facilities upcoming over next 1-2 years. i think once these glove stock craze dies off it will probably come back down to trade around 1.6-1.9 range, hope to then buy back lower :)

High PE means nothing in the strongest segment within a strong industry. With strong net profit growth, forward PE can go down to 20x for CY 2021. Just see today Riverstone up 10%, top glove up 12%. Riverstone is always lagging top glove, so the gap keeps widening which makes Riverstone a laggard within the sector.
