Yup thats a huge chunk, regardless of what agenda behinds it. Sadly i have to average at this price range. While storing half cash as i still anticipating for a deeper flush below 3 but looks unlikely.

If its in August that they said ' coming 1 2 quarters' meaning quarters ended Sep and Dec 17, well all these had been reflected in the recent price spike to a top of 0.049 few days back from low of 0.03, since the companies announced bags of contracts win much earlier in Aug as well. But at this time Im looking beyond this coming 1 2 quarters as it is very likely turnaround in sight for the year 2017, baring unforeseen circumstances. My only hope is this price going further down to even 0.02 range so i can scoop a big bulk and make a significant average down. :)
