As guessed, the selldown was fr Ang Bros. It seemed that they don't intend to keep high-paid jobs. Or they intend to sell high, buy low later?

My opinion is to win this board tussle means all scripts are bought to keep for voting rights next Egm (before 72hrs). They fought to buy up at high price at begining and forced those T+3 speculators without holding powers to sell to them on friday at ridiculous low price and averaging their holding price @ around 0.22 . I will predict another buy up next week before Egm on 22/12/16 . Even if the results is confirmed who' s the winner, the losers won' t be so dumb to sell at hugh loss price as its shares still worth a fortune if it up again. For the loser, there is a Cantonese saying, " fall down never mind, at least grabbed a handful of sand with you." This year no power never mind, keep the money for next year come back to fight again, so keep the forest growing, no worry of lack of wood for burning.My naive sense, don' t yell at me if you think diferent ,please share your views. Thanks.

Whether it will go up or down will also greatly depend on the remaining scrips available in the open market. It is also worth a guess on how deep the pocket of the SSH in their war chest. Whether SSH' s shares is at ' free' status or place in ' margin accounts' . Are there riders (shortists) who are taking advantage of the situation by shorting shares without possessing physical quantities of the shares. etc... The daily average of shares traded in the last few days and the 45 millions shares transacted on last Fri may be clue to such guess. Perhaps, it is high time to count and guess the available scrips in the market.
I already said my piece. Monday open gap up to 0.11.

1. The co paid 7.5 cts div ps, then placement of 7 cts ps. (N.B. paying high div means the co doesn' t need the cash while placement means the co. needs more cash. What is the logic?)
2. For those who pushed up the share price to 50 cts using margin, force selling will come in unless they have the means to top up. Also, big players can borrow shares to force down the price even more and make force selling a vicious cycle.

I guarantee you that Ang will not sell down. Its tantamount to quiting his $1.5 million pa job. Who in his right frame of mind would quit such a high paying job at this time esp without compensation. So he would rather spend his last dime to survive the vote. Good luck
