What to do as it take time to transform and invest.
Still had faith in TIH.

On 8 July 2014, ASM Asia Recovery (Master) Fund (&ldquo ASMARMF&rdquo ), ASM Hudson River Fund (&ldquo ASMHRF&rdquo ) and ASM Ventures Limited (" ASMVL" ) entered into agreements with two strategic investors to sell an aggregate of 37,760,000 TIH warrants to the investors representing 18,880,000 warrants each, with completion on 10 July 2014 (or as otherwise agreed).
The two investors are active in investment activities in HK and China.
Ms Li hopes that this sale of warrants will strengthen TIH&rsquo s shareholder base and enhance TIH&rsquo s long term capital reserves.
Angie Li is a beneficial holder and director of Argyle Street Management Holdings Limited (&ldquo ASMHL&rdquo ). ASMHL is the beneficial holder of more than 50% of the voting shares of Argyle Street Management Limited (&ldquo ASML&rdquo ). ASML is the beneficial holder of more than 20% of the voting shares of ASMHRF and ASM Asia Recovery Fund (&ldquo ASMARF&rdquo ). ASMARF is the beneficial holder of more than 50% of the issued share capital of ASMARMF. ASMARMF and ASMHRF are the beneficial holders of more than 20% of the issued share capital of ASMVL.
Following the completion of the sale of the warrants to the two strategic investors detailed above, Angie Li shall have a deemed interest in 260,393,648 warrants in TIH.
I doubt it will drop to $1.28.
Yes if drop to $1.28 you may buy from market.
If convert just save the comission charge only.

Sorry, I dont understand your comment on conversion.....
If the mother share falls to $1.28 or lower, why do we still need to convert....
We can buy straight from the market......am I correct......
Anyway, today will be another DOWN DOWN day......SAME SAME !

Cos the warranty is free and given 3 for 1 share.
So many pple want get free profit now instead of holding it.

The way BOTH the prices of TIH and its warrant FELL all the way is indeed very very very INTERESTING.........

Just buy and keep when it is low.
Many pple Q to buy at high but when low they start to scare.
