But even if the various parts of the company perform well what is the catalyst that will mean that this is reflected in the company' s share price? It has paid a flat dividend for a long time now.
Dividend income from UOB confirm at record high.
Treasury bill money back probly at around 4% interest.
Healthcare products sales like tiger balm should be improving.

1H results will be released this Fri after trading hours.
Study the recent dividend amts & XD dates for Haw Par (4.4% owner of UOB) & UOB.
With expected better profits from healthcare products & treasury bill money with interest just back, strong likelihood Haw Par's dividend will be much higher coming round.
