The consolidation is to create room for the price to drop. Now is only 8 c, the drop is limited in number but of course it is huge as percentage.
8 c x 20 = $1.60 after the consolidation. So it is easier for BB to short down 1.5, 1.4, 1.... 0.8.... 0.6.....

I don' t mean to say Seatrium will have right issues but only meant to correct the thoughts that only company in red will issue rights... anyway who speculate this is right issues? It' s purely speculation by the person

Not true, unless seatrium continue to make huge losses for 2-3 more quarters, if it is turning possitive with net profit in coming Q, no need rights issue already.

Just as the 2 days of sell down the reversal may also be equally spectacular. On Monday 830 million shares were short at 0.083 and on Tuesday the short volume was 452 million at 0.080.
I.e nearly 1.3 Billion shares are short at 0.083 and below, any reversal above 0.083 will see a significant short covering.
