To put it bluntly, I think ckmpd need to check himself in a mental hospital. He dont seem right, keep spamming like this.

Those who gamble on SMM hoping on a merger is not wrong.  It is one strategy which may pay well.  But be aware that it is a high risk, high return strategy.  Let us see which is better

Hard work is not a forte of SMM.  Good product is lacking.  Profit is elusive.  Looks like the only hope for SMM is merger. 

But why wld any good company take in and merge withn a losing company with tonnes of liability?  KC may take in SMM grudgingly and ask for a high compensation.  Where is SMM going to get the money to compensate KC?  The longer merger takes, the more desperate SMM gets

In layman' s terms, SMM was insolvent in 2020.  Again SMM was insolvent in 2021.  From its financial statements, it is clear that SMM will be insolvent in 2022.

That was why RI 2020 and RI 2021.

Is RI 2022 imminent if SMM continues its losing streak?

 

Agree.  That danger is stark and staring at SMM' s face

1. Merger coming, price rise imminent
2. SMM continues to lose money and running out of money.

The info I shared earlier is what the BB are also thinking about... So they are now in it but they have to do it subtly or they will lose all the advantages.

Bottomline, get your buying going and be engaged as early as possible - you gain both price rise as well as the premium if you get started sooner.

 

If today Big Contra selling can be absorbed by the end of the day, tomorrow onwards should be smooth sailing
