The letter is a disappointment as it did not address the key concerns of shareholders:
No explanation on the real financial state of the company especially Maju intan&rsquo s debt burden that can cripple asiatic overnight . How does the company intend to resolve this with negative cash flow at the plant?
Despite v poor cash flow ,HQ expenses on salaries are still unusually high
Activist is correct to say this company needs to sack its mgt and board for a total reorganisation before it&rsquo s too late.

Think short term will move up higher till AGM showdown in Jul.
They reply everything we accused not correct want us to talk in Agm not in letter lah...
