I would say yes and no. Krisenergy has huge potential based on their core operations. However, they will have to fine-tune them to turn their business to the greens. Most probably, KEP saw the potential in their core operations, thus invested in them.

IMO, I would say that Capital 21 Mall doesn't look good at the moment. But with the additional pumping of money would further increase and boost the appearance of this mall. I would have confidence in this stock.

But this month, Capital 21 Mall doesn't look happening. I even cancelled my plan to ask my friends to go for Christmas shopping.
Sigh... short term I hope don't drop back to 3c again. :-(

We buy 1D5 of course hope bullish in the long term.
But this month, Capital 21 Mall doesn't look happening. I even cancelled my plan to ask my friends to go for Christmas shopping.
Sigh... short term I hope don't drop back to 3c again. :-(

BTW, anyone knows if there will be anchor tenants coming in?
(Honestly, after I visited the mall yesterday, I was quite disappointed.)
