low profile KHH to surprise on the upside

Almost nobody sell now. Really interesting 

 

since this last update on 11/6, propnex website The Antares Official Developer Team (propnex.net)  shows 147 units sold today.  that means 25 units have been sold in the last 19 days.

but the buyer only buys and holds and declares increase in shareholdings.  when the married deal was declared, LJHB bought 49,352,100 shares (21%) from the boss.  at the latest declaration, they now own 54,121,400 shares (23%).  that means the company has bought 4,769,300 shares from the market and these shares will not be dumped back into the market.

seller should be those disillusioned long term holders from ages ago.  sold for the same reasons as you did.

The buyer is clearly LJHB Holdings (S) Pte Ltd.  They bought the bulk from the boss at $0.385 in december last year and had been buying in the market in large amounts ever since.

Suspect the buyer and slammer have the common goal.... LoL
Anyway, already clear the stock today as KH may not recover from Covid so soon... many more choices here, the opportunity cost is too high

LJHB Holdings (S) Pte Ltd' s 70,000 shares purchase at $0.335 last Friday finally caused them to cross to the next % ie 23% which required disclosure.  Between their previous disclosure on 1 Feb 2021 till now, they had purchased a total of 1,989,200 shares including the 70,000 shares.  Base on the charts, they are likely to have paid between $0.32 and $0.35 for the shares as this is the range from 2/2/2021 till today.

Another 50,000 shares done at $0.345 to clear it.

 

buyer at $0.335 ballooned to 420,000 shares and was not filled.  130,000 shares was instead bought at $0.34 as of now.
