fslt gearing is at 25.3% now unlike bef. fslt could still pay out qtrly dividend as long as it can generate positive cash flow qtrly.

FSLT is a different company now: under the former owners they paid dividends from borrowed money, now they pay dividends while they are reducing the debt, the way it should be  - so better be realistic as to what can be paid out...

fslt used to pay out qtrly dividend.it likely do the same if the recovery is sustainable.

Bought at 4.5 cents, was a good move. Fundamentally sound company in a challenging cyclical industry, committed and experienced major  shareholder, good management, conservative approach to the balance sheet. Even though the current level of dividend may not be sustainable each year, there should still be decent payouts from now onwards. Fair value at least 15 cents, but may go higher over the medium to long term if they continue the good work. Will not sell, this is a good position for the longer term

Major shareholder holds 73% of the company. If it breaks the morning high of  $0.10, the shorts are going to be squeezed.

Company has positive balance sheet with more current assets than current liabilities so debt not an issue. Operating cash flow positive

Trust just started payind dividend. Positive cash flow and expects sustained earnings in 2020. Currently declared 1.5 US cents dividend for this quarter which is 2.1 SG cents. At this rate, dividend yield in excess of 20%! Severely undervalued, expect price to easily double if keeps its performance up

Any views on this company and especially the new management?
Seems like they are making the right moves: selling down some low earning ships to reduce debt, successfully refinanced $108 mio debt, and now a capital increase to buy modern ships with better earnings potential to increase the cash flow. Without the capital increase the Debt was roughly 5 x  the annualised latest  quarter cash flow, which meant they would have to work still many  years for the banks wihout any prospect of a dividend. However buying modern  ships without increasing the debt should be able to get them  quicker to the point that the banks feel comfortable with Debt to cash flow ratio and improve the prospect of a dividend in maybe 2 years time?
Any insights?
