Market valuation for alot of stocks is good.  TB shouldnt miss this window opportunity. 
Now that the FY is over, if they can produce a good report for Beerco, should list it ASAP.

A matter of only when. Beer is recession proof and Thais / Viets are famous for drinking. 
  Vested and will be nibbling more along the way.

Commentary

 

A couple of &ldquo ins&rdquo to the portfolio in Sept was followed by a couple of &ldquo outs&rdquo in Oct. Follow by a seller&rsquo s remorse which was follow by &ldquo Queen&rsquo s Gambit&rdquo . I am not convinced by the bullish market, even though I might have a bit more confidence with my own analysis. Both sold positions of CH Offshore and Thai Beverage turned in a positive gain for Lone Wolf Fund. Bringing the YTD gain to 17.5%(unleveraged excluding dividends and cash yield).

Very good moment to spinoff the planned IPO and remodel the business.

Beerco IPO is a matter of when, not if. I will collect dividends while waiting. The ground is sweet as our local IPO mkt heats up.

The problem lies in their communication and management of market expectations around beerco spin-off. The expectation is that is the catalyst but it may not be depending on the valuations and they should have only telegraph to market when there is a high level of certainty and push it out shortly after rather than to drag over years with multiple start-stops only to disappoint market.
