Since the recent correction and HK/CHINA market pull back.....Midas is gaining strong volume support at current price.
( .38 3M over ) .....This thur Midas meeting will be interesting.. Could be a catalyst for it to cross 0.40 again ?

Today I will declare I will close all the short for this counter and going for long....
Merger talks are in the progress and Midas will be takeover..............

Whatever, if it is TRUE midas for sale ( IF IF ) ....then looking at the book value is 0.5278.
Further it is PROFITABLE and having good potential for more projects coming up in CHINA and the whole Asia region.
WOULD Any smart shareholders....would not be selling off at current 0.265/37 ?
All China stock are in correction due to the recent run up ...so Midas too.
I guess it is unlikely but possible that Midas cld offer a 20% share to them as a major shareholder ( a win win situation)

I got sms from china' s friends this morning.....Just back to office so surprise got ppls talk about it.....
Likely will be good news for either parties......more over CSR and CNR are now halted for shares swapping.....and discussion of the merging.....
According to China Friends.......CSR cannot emerging with CNR if subsidary partially belongs to Singapore. So chances that Midas will either sell of their holding of 32% shares at higher prices or the will take over Midas.......More over take over Midas will benefit them for the recent SG - MY Railway talk. They are bidding and will be using China Railway......more reputable and higher chance toget it.

The sub. NPRT is making money much better than Midas. Either take over it or sell to big CSR or CNR, both are fine.

If they sell the MIDAS shares, it will be another CIC sold Noble story ,, better run ,,
Got news that CSR is considering take over Midas due to the subsidary own 32% by Midas.
When they do the merger..........they have to either take over Midas or sell of all the shares to Midas.
Chances is Midas will be targeted to take over.........
Wait for confirmtion......first.......must monitor and cover fast........

Midas has really started its climb.....currently the real orders from all the buzz in CHINA rail changes has to me just begin to filter into MIDAS.
AGM is on 29th Apr. Wed. ..and prices just begin to move strongly yesterday......NOTE this special business in the AGM
HMM....are mgt planning to issue some stock to their MAIN customer...not surprising and if so what wld happen to this counter ?

Xinhua also mentioned that Beijing has already started studying a merger between China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) and China Railway Group (CRG). Shares of CRCC ( 1186.HK) and CRG ( 390.HK) jumped 2.6% and 1.5% respectively. Beijing already approved a mega merger between China' s two largest train makers CSR Corp. ( 1766.HK) and CNR Corp. ( 6199.HK).
