Skylink Holdings Limited has successfully completed a fully subscribed S$7.02 million share placement, backed by prominent institutional funds, investment managers, and ultra-high-net-worth investors.
Including its September 2025 IPO, the Group has raised a total of S$16.2 million in gross proceeds to date.
The proceeds will primarily support fleet expansion, electric-vehicle initiatives, loan-book growth, and potential strategic acquisitions, strengthening Skylink&rsquo s position as a trusted commercial mobility solutions provider.
