Since the desperate seller on 20/3, the stock had been transacting on low volumes at $0.037 and $0.038.   

Yesterday and today however, the buyer seems to have upped the buying to between $0.039 and $0.041 yesterday and $0.040 and $0.041 today, volume today increased to 80,000 shares so far today.

 

yah they should.  the cash that the controlling shareholders received from the dividends paid out in Jan and Feb is way more than enough to privatise the company which is now reduced to a market cap of S$5m but NAV > S$9m.

buyer returned with a 50,000 buy order at $0.043 and 49,900 shares filled so far today.

 

After a 3 day hiatus, buyer returns at $0.043 and bought 70,000 shares there so far.
