About Meizhou SOA Meizhou SOA is a subsidiary of Guangdong Jiaying Holding Group Co., Ltd. (广 东 嘉 应 控 股 集 团 有 限 公 司 ) (&ldquo GDJY&rdquo ), a first-level state-owned enterprise in Meizhou. Meizhou Industrial&rsquo s parent company, also GDJY&rsquo s subsidiary, is at the same level as Meizhou SOA. The change by the Meizhou Municipal People&rsquo s Government (梅 州 市 政 府 ) and State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Meizhou Municipal People&rsquo s Government (梅 州 国 资 委 ) is to allow a higher-level state-owned company as the contracting party with more resources to reflect the importance of the Proposed Collaboration.
Major Shareholder Xinlong has increased its stake from 14.28% to 58.3% via the successful subscription of excess 2 billion rights shares.
Time for Xinlong to stir up this company as real money has been poured !
Good base for Xinlong as it is rock bottom price.
The same thing has been said about Advanced Sys, Clearbridge etc.....
But those who subscribed are laughing to the bank.
