property market really super bad for the time being
last sunday i went to 45 Amber Road show house, only 3 or 4
ah neow ah kow viewers . the whole luxury hall look so empty and
the aircon very cooling ( you guys know the readon )
and about 12 agents hanging around do nothing just play their mobil phone.....
hardly seen this in SG new launch property

Looks like they replaced the Group FC function with a big shot from Amara, who looks like she was poached over? Looks like it was a company intended move, in that case - just guessing guessing.
Hyflux in trouble becasue of high borrowing ,. Oxley also the same .
Another hyfux in the making....early signs are there!!!!!
Seems like still maintaining and covering the gap from it last fall?
Their biggest challenge in SG market is that the 2 largest new launch project riverfront and serangoon ville...they will need to take extra capital for supplier billings in the event of many unsold units.

Personally - I would be more worried if I saw Ching and Low selling shares, INdependent directors resigning etc. FC has no responsibility.
Notice that Ox has been marketing their overseas properties in SG - these have no ABSD, TDSR etc. So they benefit indirectly.

Good profit fat bonus...everyone likes fat bonus..besides stressful work, fc is the one who forecast the cashflow.
