i hv problems navigating https://www.sinograndness.com/, for e.g. i click on investor relations, nothing came out expect pictures. wld hv expected to see links to AR, etc.

All these will be known soon. The company will announce when there is substantial info to shareholders. No point keep speculating without basis.
The biggest speculations here are :
1. Ipo story
2. Have cash but China currency control
3. Bond holder preferred not to be paid
4. Spending on marketing
5. High AR is norm
6. Strategic investors

Hyflux is a case you can see clearly the car driven in wrong direction.

Owning 30% of company does not mean they do things right. They may have intrinsic interest and good intentions, but may still execute wrong strategy.
To quote 1 of many examples, Olivia owns about 34% of Hyflux before the creditors protection process. I' m sure she did try her best for Hyflux and for her own interest, yet the company is insolvent currently.

Many people assume China market always difficult to collect payment. Actually it is wrong. Many do not offer credit term at all. They demand LC or advanced payment.
