After you read the 2016 annual financial reports,you will find over 80% shares are under top five shareholders, the insider bought a lot also,the floats outstanding are quite limited, do you think they are satisfactory at 20 cents?
the fundamentals and good management, the financial position is quite heathy, excellent profitability and strong revenue growth
