Outlook still gloomy for soilbuild???? Tenancy rate still not at bottom??? Last time, I avoided due to a large tenant leaving.....

Of yes.. of DPU if maintained or increase will make current share price a steal
Last few years Q4 dpu is about 1.6 , 1.5 , 1.38 , 1.45... let say avg every quarter dpu is only 1.11c
At a share price of 52c.. it is still a whopping 8.5% yield

Observation:
1. Price tanked last tanked consistebtly since Jul2015 (from 85c) mainly due to reduce DPU over the year.
2. Outlook is gloomy and tenancy rate yet at the bottom.
3. Yes, now the yield is high ~9% due to price correction, but as long as DPU in down trend, the price will fall further. 
4. IMO, I will be interested if the DPU is holding well, and better still increase DPU.

I BELIEVE FOR ANY REIT .. THE ONLY CATALYST IS A BUY OVER / MERGER OF SIMILAR REIT ONLY... so instead of sabana / esr reit merger... should be soilbuild/ esr merger
The next CATALYST is maintaining and driving up DPU ..the sole and only purpose of reit
Soilbuild can maintain 9% yield... nothing else can ask for
Any catalysts in near term???

Can give up shorting at 51.5 ... each time slowly sell few hundred lots....  then suddenly few more hundred lots come into buy volume
