Awaits the Empire to strike back...
Investors can' t be oblivion/ignorant to what the mgmt
had guided another record year of earnings for FY26
which possibly may lead to higher dividend payout.
In addition, the Co had been doing SBB which not
only render price support but also reflecting the share price
maybe undervalued as they know better than anyone else.
Scripts are getting lesser wif  the absorption of the SBB
and retail participation .
Once reverse upwards, wl be fast and furious.
There aren' t real selling except artificial depression by
some concerted parties effort ,  All these are temporary
as their scripts need to be returned to their nominees
or custodian acct.
Technically, chart showing bottomish and oversold and poised
for rebound with the strong fundamentals still remained intact.
Abv my humble opinions.  Not an inducement to buy/sell

Really. ? Based on technicals? Which culd be
Deceptive if crossed ref with its fundamentals.
Co guided 6th consecutive record earnings for FY26,
Giving bonus issue, increased 2Q dividend and
Likely another generous payout on its dividend
For 2H
Moreover, the prodn lines for Malaysia & Kazakhstan
wl be fully on board and accountable for FY26.
In addition, its trajectory growth fm India (FY27) and
Vietnam (FY28) .
Based on abv, the Co is still growing with strong
Demand in coffee and better still, its raw materials
Prices had come down drastically which wuld give
Room for FE to adjust its profitability.

RHB' s Yeo maintains positive stance on Food Empire but trims target price to $3.08 as margins seen lower
Citing a " decent" earnings growth outlook, Alfie Yeo of RHB Bank Singapore has maintained his positive stance on Food Empire Holdings with a " buy" call. However, with likelihood of lower margins, he has trimmed his target price from $3.36 to $3.08.
The maker of instant coffee reported a set of 1HFY2026 numbers " largely" within expectations. Revenue for the half year ended June was an increase of 15% y-o-y to US$315 million, led by growth in key market Russia but with strong growth too from Central Asia.
Earnings in the same period improved 13% to US$35 million. Yeo notes that gross margins remained largely flat at 33%, a slight bump of 0.1 percentage points. EBIT margin was slightly lower at 15%, a dip of 0.6ppts, due to relatively higher selling and marketing expenses for brand building and investment.
Food Empire plans to pay a higher interim dividend of four cents, which is equivalent to a payout ratio of 57%.
In contrast to other analysts who have either kept or raised their respective target prices, Yeo is trimming his. He points out that 1FY2026 was volume-led growth, with continued penetration in its key operating markets.
" Brand investment was more aggressive than expected from selling and marketing expenses, and gross margin was a tad below expectations as we anticipated a greater magnitude of price adjustments.
While earnings remain on track to meet his estimates, Yeo has tweaked his forecast to account for lower-than-expected 1HFY2026 gross profit margin and EBIT margins.
As such, while he has kept his revenue estimates for FY2026 to FY2028, his earnings projections have been trimmed by 5%, leading to the lower target price of $3.08 after applying the same 19x FY2026 to FY2027 earnings valuation multiple.
Having said so, Yeo says at current levels, Food Empire' s valuation is " compelling" , as the stock is trading at less than 1 PEG, amid 18% CAGR in FY2025 to FY2028 core earnings, versus a 14.6x FY2027 PE multiple.
Yeo is of the view that outlook for the stock continues to be driven by long-term growth from higher manufacturing capacity, which will ultimately boost volume sales.
He notes that Food Empire has already opened its Malaysia and Kazakhstan factories, and is on track to increase its soluble coffee manufacturing capacity in both India and Vietnam by the coming FY2027 and following FY2028.
Downside risks to his forecasts include a disruption in operations due to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and the negative effect of a change in the value of the Russian ruble and other European currencies, especially Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
Food Empire Holdings shares closed at $2.23 on Aug 24.
| Selling shld be subsiding with genuine buying interest emerging . A no brainer to buy and hold with Facts that i' ve stated below . Dividend of 4ct is coming .  XD on Sept 1 Be patient and shall be rewarded. |
