Full year results already out on 26-Feb-2014 23:57:00......in the wee hours......

Net loss 2013 : 4.2 mil vs 2012 of 32.9 mil

1. Group turnover increased by 102% from S$37.3 million to S$75.3 million for the year ended

31 December 2013 (?FY2013?) as a result of the consolidation of our Taiwan-based copper ball business,

viz. Western Copper Co., Ltd. (" Western" ). It became a subsidiary company during the year because of

operational control as well as the Group's subscription of additional shares in the company. The increase

of Western?s revenue in the year is partly attributed to the copper ball manufacturing facilities in Kunshan,

Jiangsu province in China, which was completed in the first half and started to generate revenue in the

second half of the year.

2. The Group had managed to achieve a gross profit of about $3.5 million despite the difficult

operating environment, in particular the limited working capital and high financing costs mainly due to the

legacy debts under the Scheme of Arrangement. The fairly low gross margin of 4.6% is because the bulk

of the copper balls we sold in FY2013 were still bought from other vendors. This will improve in the coming

as we will stop third-party supplies entirely by mid-year when the second line of copper ball facility is put

into operation.

Last year payout was 2 million..this year is 1 million so you should be getting half of last year. Better then nothing. :)

4th quarter result out.

Full year profit $3 million. 4th quarter profit lower due to stock provision of $1.8 million. Revenue 10% higher then last year.

Final year dividend will be given.

Dms biz under pressure but pixio and ams biz is helping company to remain profitable.

at least this qtr net Profit is slightly better than previous year qtr + over net profit 4% high than last year. consider quite good already. Hopefully tmr may rise up higher to clear 1.435

Showed that Sing gaming sector has peaked n going into Korea is a wise move. Hopefully Japan relax its law soon .

at this share price, all the negative news should have already priced in......

should the annual report coming out later today is OK, the share price should move up fast.......

if the annual report is only SO SO or a bit negative, the share price should stay put....I wont be surprised if the share price moves up slightly......

Because Healthway profit margin is very little. Last time they gave us some shares . Dun think they will be giving out dividends anymore. Used to be a darling giving dividends n rising share prices. Now nothing much.

For now, they only got 1 shop in Myanmar so wont impact them much. Pixio and Quanli are improving their profit margin and come Aug, mDR warrant expiring and the 2 Myanmar teleco also launching their service. 2014 will be the year to look forward to. Huat Ah!!
