After some research, found out that the Purchaser, (China FortuneTech Capital Co., Ltd) is a subsidary of Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (" SMIC" NYSE: SMI SEHK: 981) with annual revenue of 1Billion USD.
Seems like this is a genuie deal and i expect share price to hit $0.12 and above within the next few trading days. |

I believe you have a typo, SMIC share price was less than $1 HKD a year ago and now it is around $8HKD with annual profit amounting to 800Million USD for last FY.

Ng Ser Miang total shares only 5million, market can very well absorbed that.
AAlbert hong left 300Million shares as of 26 july so i think most likely on 27 and 28, the 300million shares already sold to open market already, let wait for annoucnment on monday and tuesday.
Nothing to worry about, once albert hong shares are sold, the price should rebound unless PL sell his shares.

OMG, another round of fierce selling is expected next week. I thought the selling by Albert Hong had brought the share price close enough to shortists' target price of 10 cts yesterday, but this is really bad bad news and going to cause shortists to again review their target price, to 7 cts perhaps. Get ready to short again then on Monday......Good luck. .
