It reported an eps of 1.2 cents this quarter, which gives it a fair value of around $0.96 if a PER of 20 is applied. A PER of 20 is already considered higher than the average STI PER. In addition, the NAV of this coy is only around 61 cents, meaning that it will be trading at around 1.5x PB at the $1.00 level. Lastly, the dividend yield is approx 3% at the $1 level, again, which is not above par. I understand the excitement when results are out and profits jump so much but it already has been factored in. In fact, Q2 results dipped compared to Q1. I beliveve that the coy only has a fair value of just under $1. Again, this is based on my valuation which I explained above.
