I have no doubt of Keppel Reit' s performance, but just because uncalled for comment saying " It' s tme to cash out on office reit" . This counter was brough done to a lower price for me. WIll give me good opportunity to pick durians. No sure if the author of that article is allowed to buy after wrting that article? |

Wa! This is the latest fashion in SGX now. Coming out with negative reports on the listed companies here. First on Olam, next on Noble, and now small small company like IHC also kenna. Interestingly to know that report on IHC was out on 11 May 2015, but nobody seem to be interested in such detailed report. Trading within 0.28 to 0.285 with similar volume. May be the report is too long, too chim or ..........???? Too much of it, people get sick of it and may be ignoring it all together. Not vested, anyway. |

After Ezion came in, the resi level stayed around 0.45 to 0.46. Need to clear this level to chiong further. Part of the Ezion sales proceeds of the two subsidairies are new consideration shares to be issued by Ausgroup priced at 0.4449 if SGX gives the green light for the additional consideration shares issue.

Based on current pricing, Ezion will get a few million lesser. After the transaction, Ezion' s holding in Ausgroup will increase to 17.83% from 6.9%. The announcements were made on 23 Jul 2014. Have vested in view of the above transaction and now is waiting for fruits to bear. |
