On a full year basis however, the lower profi t for FY14 was mainly due to cost overruns from two contracts, delays in the commencement of new contracts and one-off restructuring costs recognised in previous quarters. Following two rounds of placements during the year that raised AU$35.0 mln, balance sheet has improved signifi cantly with gearing has reduced to 10.0% (from 17.3% a year ago). Order intake for the 4Q was AU$68.6 mln, bringing the order intake for FY14 to AU$421.4 mln. Work-in-hand for the group was AU$374.3 mln, up from AU$260.3 mln at the comparative period for FY13. Looking ahead, we think that revenue growth is gaining momentum, underpinned by opportunities arising in the LNG and maintenance sectors while net margin should also increase as management further simplifi es the structure of the group. At 42 cents, the stock is trading at 1.2x FY14 P/B.
