This counter only declare peanut dividend @ 0.01 cents once a yr (for so many years) although is cash rich. Whoever bought at 1.4+ Might have to wait.

All these calls by banks cannot trust. They themselves screw up n never buy so give a damn low sell call. Once collected enough see how they sing.

In the AGM yesterday, there were shareholders persisrtantly asking the Board for higher dividend payout. Looks like these folks are not looking at long terms. Plently listed Company are also paying 1 cent dividend. I am of the view if you can accept the 1 cent dividend, why still hold it especially, year after year appearing at AGM asking same old question wasting all the fellow shareholders' rime prolonging the meeting time.
As shareholder, you are entiled to ask question, but please ask intelligent questions. I left the AGM after my own question answered (i am still not satisfied with the answers given by the CEO), because the same shareholder asked questions which were answered many times over.

CEO did a presentation during AGM. Apparently, Jeju is a special autonomous region which provides visa free access to mainland chinese. That was a pleasant surprise.

Nav is minus 0.003 so if u buy now it will be 0.006 over priced. But that said.... Nobody knows . At least they r clearing the debts . Hopefully soon they will start making money.

waiting to see if any opportunity but all I could see were just hype about it moving out of 0.009 - 0.01 range that so far has not happened. If only it could rally by just saying it would , there will not be poor folks.
This counter has dropped back to the level before Myanmar came into the picture. The hype had me sucked in and I paid the price.

Just a few short years back MDR was a loss making company. In under 3 years it turned profitable. Even since that, MDR has started giving out dividends without fail to reward the shareholders. As a 0.009 Cent company, it gives out dividends . Con Job? I think u r confused. How many companies listed in Sgx gives dividends or for that matter of fact , makes profit? Yes it is not of a speculative nature. Its more of an investment . If u r unable to hold , do not buy.
