Thx a lot. This is interesting. If the trend continues, n if an EN shd hit over the next yr or two, GA cld retrace up to 40+ 50c. Maybe even re-visit 80-90c, ard the level of nearly a decade ago. Watch out for IA too. Fingers crossed n DYODD as always.

I used to play this stock yrs back when it was nearly 20c, prior to a rights issue not too long ago. Loss making yr after yr. In fact, last yr lost more than previous yr. There is a +ve profit guidance though released today. But is it sustainable? So, DYODD n trade with care.

I' m also not sure what ' reality' really is in stocks these days. There are so many sources of inaccurate news n opinions, both -ve n +ve. So, best is always do own assessment when dabbling in the mkt.

Some are torn beyond redemption and living in fear.
You have cash equivalent to a new condo so there's nothing for you to worry since you're holding 30000 shares only.
Nor sure now still got those ppl losing ten of thousands or millions dubbing in shares.

Hahaha. Reset to zero, n start afresh. Anyway, I think because of the rather drab property mkt in sg, TS has not been able to make sufficiently to cover its high interest costs due to high debt. Going forward, after looking at the result post TOP of R18, I think it' d take time for recurrent rental income to make an impact. But the silver linings wld be Dunearn n Perth, though Perth' s gonna take another 2 yrs before contributions start upon completion of AEI. Additionally, Batam cld also prove a bright sport even though my own view is that it remains a wild card. But 2019 full-yr results cld be boosted by the TOP of Kandis Residence (hopefully, wld be able to clear more stock of it by TOP though) n likely some revaluation gain (albeit non cash) from investment properties, especially R18 given the bullish Gr A office mkt in the CBD. The next milestone will have to be post 2021, after the AEI down under is done with. With that fitted into the jigsaw, I believe stable recurring income cld result in pretty resillient financial results for TS after that. I am not quantifying Batam for now. DYODD as always.

None of the above = what? Great profit or great loss? But I think shd be reasonable profit, if not better. R18 has started contributing, n Gr A office rents in the RP area seems to be very buoyant. Furthermore, SP Corp' s result for the period' s not gonna be a dampener.

I think so too, but with an upside bias. I believe bottomline-sagging has largely been contained already, n restructuring efforts shd start to work sooner than later. Just to share from personal experience, their tv transmission seems to work better than stel' s Switching to stel was a major mistake for me - lots n lots of frequent disruptions. Shub' s s tansmission, on the other hand, appears to be disruption free (watching from a relative' s place to compare). So, yes, if stel doesn' t improve its act, I' d definitely be returning to shub ..... soon.

To me, one big issue is ang moh seem to be have better voice here than up north. A lot of times, ang mohs say n do things that mostly benefit themselves.
