they have to hold it there so as to lure in more buyers....
am not too sure whether the have unloaded 7788 at current level and dun forget they push up the price from around 1.80

you know before SMM crashed, the market went into correction mode and SMM stood firm. now market rebound while SMM not moving up.....it' s not a STI component stock so it doesn' t have to track the STI.
oil has rebounded while you see kepcorp and sembcorp and some other oil related counters still not moving....but it will come....there seems to be some kind of lag...lol
