Wrong Strategy by BBs who controlled the Opening Price.

Should have started at 30 cents and then can engage Retailers Ineterest.

Now, Retailers Mood DAMPENED.

Seems that at the opening price of $0.55 this morning, probably some BBs/ insiders and retail investors have already sold part of their shares and made good profits by now (laughing to the bank) looking at the trade summary for Kimly. Good luck to those who bought from them at $0.55. Hopefully that is still a cheap price to pay for current valuation of Kimly??

Just be careful for those who wants to chase and buy at current price. It is those BBs who hold at lower price of $0.20 per share who will be glad to let go their shares at 100% profit or more. But, there maybe some restrictions preventing them from disposing their shares now. However, in the weeks and months ahead, they may start to distribute part of their shares to the public and make their profits there. For them, it is almost a guaranteed sure profits. However, to those retail investors who buy at higher prices, the higher they buy the more risk they would take if the intrinsic value of Kimly shares is not high.

Also, we have yet to see their progress over the next few years to know whether their businesses really can continue to maintain their current growth or better it. Do remember their quoted figures in prospectus tend to be their better performance if not the best. So, we got to factor in a discount to their growth should they not be able to maintain their best performance. If their near future performance is not maintained and share price is already traded too high, there can be only one way for the share price to go......we all know which way......haha!

Not trying to talk down this stock. Just to bring in another perspective for investors to consider so that one does not get too overly excited over the current increase in Kimly' s share price. However, to short term traders, my sharing may not apply.

When that happens, those " beautiful scenarios" of IPO Prospects and Earnings Forecast, will nost likely fall below expectations as " margins eorded" or " number of coffeeshops reduced" due to intense competitive bidding mode.

Let BBs play with themselves meaning BBs making $ from BBs. See which BBs smarter

Thus, the only time to make money is when others are fearful and prices are really undervalued and depressed that one can buy shares of a good company cheap. Otherwise, we do not expect to make much profits especially when there are BBs around with big money that creates unfair advantage towards them. But that is the way things work which always favour the big money which have better chances of moving share prices.

Not to worry about the BBs. They know how to play their game. This time round having only a small tranche of IPO shares available for the public already shows favour for the BBs especially their subscription price is lower than IPO price. They can even manipulate the share price to lower it enough to entice and attract retail investors in to buy the shares and then they can do another round of pushing up the price and this second round will catch many retail investors and allow the BBs to distribute to them. The word of caution here is that one can never fight the BBs and insiders since they already got their shares in Kimly cheaper than the public. They already have a head-start better than the public in the cheaper price of the shares they hold.

Yup.

Retailers dont be tricked by big Buy Queues and small Sell Queues.

I can gauge Reailers Interest very very dampened. All cautious and " scared" mode.

When I learnt that Kimly dont own their coffeeshops, and " their coffeeshops" are on Master Leased Basis, my mood dampened quite a lot.

Ultimately, their business fate depends on Real Landlords.

With market valuing it at $500 mil, you shall see a lot of new groups coming up. And they are going to bid and compete. Expect Coffeeshop Landlords to be the one with the biggest jackpots. When that happens, Kimly either loses some coffeeshops territories or they bid too high and margins squeezed.

See what I mean ? Retailers are cautious. Scared to buy at preimum price +75% to 100% above IPO price.

I see the opening price at 55 cents, I can gauge a lot of retailers mood dampened.

Remember : Private Placements A LOT and at very Low Price.

But a lot of retailers are " being frightened by the +100% Gain....." mostly cautious... so how?

Anything above 40 cents they will distribute that' s a substantial % Gains.
