Or else, how can they reach such a large number of operating coffe shops, food courts and eateries under their brand name. To buy every one of those coffe shops over from the landlords, they would have taken probably many decades to accomplish this large number of operating outlets by buying every outlet to be fully owned by them. Scares away a lot of retailers interest.
