Yes, the naysayers keep pushing back their deadline of when it is going to crash through 8 cents. First, it was immdiately post rights, then it was by post MGO, after that post Q3 update.
Now it is by next march.....those waiting the neck getting longer and longer

Keppel Offshore and Marine is making a profit if you don' t need to account for interest expense, taxes, Depreciation of equipment and Amortisation of yard value.
EBITDA- Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation.

The Shortist is not using contra. They are holding short position via borrowed scripts from brokers etc.
So they can hold their short position indefinitely without buying back as long as they pay the borrowing cost and have enough margin to cover any trading loss.
Some silly retail contra traders who bought at 8.7/ 8.8 today may be forced to cover at a loss though.

Dropping back to 8.2 a bit faster than expected.
The whole buy and sell show today is staged by the Shortist. so that the next time it goes above 8.5, there will be more retail who would queue to sell to them.

More likely for it to drift back to 8.3/ 8.4 over the next week or so.
Straight up is not the smartest way to cover short. And we are dealing with goldman Sach here, the ultimate vampire squid.
