x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SMM announced likely loss of $650m for 2H 2021.  That makes the total loss for FY 2021 to be quite large.  If situation doesnt improve or no merger in 2022, do you think FY 2022' s financial performance will be any better? So urgent for SMM to find a white knight or merger.  But with its dire sutation and mounting problems, why wld another company want to take in SMM? Some forumners are shouting merger with KOM.  That may or may not happen.  Time will tell.  Even Kep Corp sees it important to cut off a profitable KOM.  . New order? never heard, order book as low as 1.6bil only, don' t know if include the Norway pull out FPSO. High expenses on all yards without project. Clients lose confidence on SCM on time delivery and quality of work.
