So far all the " reports" are hear say .....none are confirmed.
Whatever, Warburgs and Chinese Consortium ( another 3rd party/Temasek) are world class .....know GLP business well.
We are all speculating .....just end of today ALL bids are known. Whatever, it has to be worthy of the mths of effort and time ....if not do u think all parties are wasting so much time ......patient invetors will be rewarded and we were know about the bidders very soon.

It' s unlikely to affect the earning lah. To be honest, how long have you receive a greeting card over snail mail since those day when sms is available. Now, with whatsapp, wechat and alikes...... who is still spending money to buy, write and mail cards. I believe if any card comes in thru the letter box, it' s 100% wedding invitation cards, sale promotion etc.

SINGAPORE &mdash Postage rates for stamped and franked greeting cards sent between June 3 to 25 will be discounted, Singapore Post (Singpost) announced on Monday (May 29).
Local postage rates during this period will cost $0.30 or $0.37 for greeting cards that weigh 20g or 40g respectively, regardless of size. The normal rate for non-standard size greeting cards is usually $0.60.
Singpost is also offering a festive rate of $0.70 for those sending greeting cards weighing up to 40g to international destinations, with the exceptions of Malaysia and Brunei. Under the normal rates for international postage, fees for a 40g greeting card costs $2.

SOmeone is tryng to talk down the share prices for obvious reason. There are still O& G companies making money, but lesser compared with those years ago. This company has took the pains to cut off non profitable investments to move forward which is a good sign in aditional to supports by RHC, the financial numbers look better now.

They have been chartering vessels to Aramco for few years...Accept for the last quarter, since Q4/2014 this counter reported a profit....the losses this quarter are non-cash impairments etc that are not related to the operations.
So in your pearls of wisdom can you please explain the maths on how they will end up loosing more money given that aside from this quarter they continued to make a profit each quarter. If did not make money chartering to Aramco how come they made profits?
Confused with your brilliance of maths so wish to be enlightened.

| consolidation(reverse stock split) is quite a possibility...lots of companies doing so, however that comes at a huge cost to the shareholders take noble/lifebrandz as an example. Another aspect is leadership...someone leading from the front who has his/her deep stake in the organization is always good for the retail shareholders confidence in the stock. |

After that announcement, Vallianz announced on 6 Sep 2016 the changeof the financial ending date to 31 Mar instead of the 31 Dec, is this change another condition to match RHC' financial ending date (Please note of the incorporation of a venture company, RVOS)?

It' s good result, but the Div Guidance is only 0.65 cts instead of the usual 0.75 cts. In 2017, looks like only 1.3 cts and not 1.5 cts liao....
