Hmm...I might view it differenlty....
1st...Sales for Tee Land caused the SH px dropped ~50% (-ve)
2nd...1st Investor called off the deal and curious wat is the reason behind....then now get 2nd investor....not sure whether will materialise (-ve)
Let' s see will it happen mathematically.....

Furthermore, to be on the conservative side, we applied a 10% discount to the amount due from customers for contract work under its M& E business. On the other hand, if we were to use the sale price of S$0.0186 for TEE&rsquo s entire stake in Tee Land, then we arrive at a fair value of S$0.11. However, given the almost 40% gains in its price from a month ago, we think that risk-reward may not be that attractive anymore. |

good luck. tee land low is 0.142 gap at 0.143. not liquid so i will just do my own shorting otherwise very easy get caught if trades made known

shows the buyer is not so stupid. why pay 0.186 when tee land price is now 0.156-0.17? forfeit the deposit......keep their money as bullets to press tee intl price down even more then renego a much lower price to buy tee land. This is trump style of buying cheap haha
