Furthermore, to be on the conservative side, we applied a 10% discount to the amount due from customers for contract work under its M& E business. On the other hand, if we were to use the sale price of S$0.0186 for TEE&rsquo s entire stake in Tee Land, then we arrive at a fair value of S$0.11.  However, given the almost 40% gains in its price from a month ago, we think that risk-reward may not be that attractive anymore.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It not easy to have a Property Co listed in Sg. It could be a RTO. The new HK investor, EURO Properties can inject properties into Tee Land restoring its values. Its highly possible in view of the HK situation.. Very good for Tee Intl. imo.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Actually this news is very positive. If it' s not positive, there wouldn' t have been bullish price action a few days before the announcement. The calling-off of the deal with Top Capital is positive. The last time this news was announced, the stock price tanked all the way down. So cancellation of this deal will be positive. Another positive thing about this Euro properties deal is that it is a strategic announcement of investment could involve an acquisition of Tee land shares. As a parent company, this is generally positive and could unlock value for shareholders. The general penny stock market is weak today and Tee Int and actually holding on very well. Suspect accumulation by the BBs.
