Sorry for late reply.
With so much off market purchase and buy backs, the same amount of dividend can distribute more to the two beauties because lesser share base now to distribute.
Not forgetting the two beauties are also shareholders.

Stock market is by itself an unfair market with unequal access to information and it cannot be overly regulated. Sgx is by far too regulated and this had stifled insti interests.

I think most investors have already abandon it, mostly left speculators and gamblers.

The price is drifting down because there are endless stream of zero cost sink51 shares that many are willing to let go. That is the cost of the exorbitant acquidition of KOM. Until KOM proves to be a gem rather than liability, nothing much will change. |

incredible buying volume at 0.109 - 57m buy up vs 20m sell down. Seatrium has grown and attracted many institutions and individuals. With such visibility, I have to agreed with bettlejuice
" If we think Seatrium is a wonderful biz, then hold patiently & wait for wonderful things to happen, though we dunno when it will happen."

Look below npl ratio increased cos total DI decreased from 2.4b to 2b.
Basically no increase in NPL in 3q, now toward year end china gov providing strong support guess 4q0 most likely no NPL increased.
The full year result most likely would either show NPL flat or decreased as some loan had been reclassified out of NPL.
But again DI investment would be stuck long time at 50% of total asset approx 2b. Those DI give 240mil net profit adjusted to new 50% 2b DI.
2023 dividend most likely 0.03-0.035 depend on provision write back and PE yield.
Well at least after this year yzjfh cash generating model would be established as all Debt investment swap or roll over into longer dated debt.
Now just need market to adjust fair value for stock to give all investors peace of mind.
Enjoy ur fat fat dividend for year of dragon 2024.

BEIJING ? The World Health Organisation (WHO) has asked China for details on an increase in respiratory illnesses and reported clusters of pneumonia in children, which its China office on Nov 22 called a ?routine? check.
The Chinese authorities from the National Health Commission held a press conference on Nov 13 to report an increase in incidence of respiratory diseases.
The Chinese authorities attributed the increase to the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions and the circulation of known pathogens such as influenza, mycoplasma pneumoniae, a common bacterial infection that typically affects younger children, respiratory syncytial virus, and the virus that causes Covid-19. |
