mrwise, today you got take medicine or not? $0.5 is 500 times of 0.1 cent.
This is what i gathered from their financial report and publicly available info:
1) magnus is almost debt free (about S$0.1 mil debt)
2) it has cash of about S$3 mil before selling their Loyang JTC property.
3) Loyang property sold at $6.3 mil where magnus will get its share of 55.8% of the sale proceed, that anount is about $3.5 mil cash.
4) Without covid, its US subsidiary can easily contribute more than $2 mil into its earnings.
5) These new contracts that they announced can easily contribute another few $mil into its earnings.
6) during last AGM, share issue and performance shares resolution not approved by shareholders, this means no further share dilution.
7) if (4) and (5) add up to $6 mil, adding to its existing cash on hand (2) + (3), it will have $12.5 mil cash, which means about 0.1 cents per share.
8) Chances of success is high because Charles Madhavan is a hands on guy and he brought in Oriental EPC into partnership.
9) Another catalyst is their heads of agreement with AREA taiwan (according to nextinsights Leong Chan Teik, this AREA is a another biggie)
Summary:
(1) to (9) is fundamental analysis based on value investing but it does not work for micro penny stock.
I am showing this to conclude that this magnus energy is a gem.
In micro penny rally, this kind of shares can easily shoot up more than 10-20 times

There is an article by nextinsights Leong Chan Teik on 20 oct titled " Magnus Energy Ready to takeoff" . In the article, it said these 2 projects are worth tens of millions and the latest sgx annoncement further confirmed that.
0.1 cent is definitely undervalued. Anyway, you want to buy now also cannot because of the suspension. So the question is " how much is magnus worth after revaluation?" |

Totally agree on this. How come PPE price dropped by more than 70% in some cases yet Medical Stocks never drop by that magnitude also? That is too simplistic an analysis
