First, to determine if it changes anything - You need to know the profile of the company that is taking over Blumont (what is the profile and how is it doing)? Secondly, need to know the intent - It is a quick way for the new company to " become listed" . So why do they want to do that? Is it because they have certain plans that they want to enact quickly, where being a listed company will help? So what I can say is, there is not enough depth of info for me to determine if it changes anything for Blumont.
