x 0 		Wait till oil and gas running out, 2050? 2060? At that energy become super expensive, who can afford car? Rich only, just imagine 40liter petrol or 1 charge may be few hundred dollars.

Gov shall built more mrt till every corner or electric bus network since 90% people in singapore has to take public transport

Electric car? Yaya for the 10% rich in the future. So which infrastructure shall be built? Charge station? Or more bus and train station?

Now? Electric car? Don't add on burden on our electric power grid lah, later shortage of power, black out on and off, don't kpkp.

Electric from where? SINGAPORE is gas, gas to electric electric to motion, less emission? Energy saving?

It is just a technology help to reduce emissions in City area only lah, but burning gas coal or oil at remote area, with that kind of energy conversion, only wasting energy, toward global warming doesn't help anything.

Unless the world manage to convert electricity generation all to renewable energy like solar, wind hydro and etc.

Otherwise just a white elephants project

x 0 		Even we know so, we still has to be extra be careful not to be caught at higher level when they try to bring down the price.

In stock market is always dump down for Accummulation, pump up for distribution. Before any rumours or news out, the dunk down Accummulation will continue till they Accummulate enough.

So not to be catch and just watch up the price be disciplined to average down or buy at support, take some profit at bounce which sufficient for cut loss when support break, then load at next low at another support level. Continue to play this game till the support level are slowly move up.

Or just wait and see till a firm support level are moving down and forget about rock bottom level.

This is a common trick  used by  major shareholders  to suppress share prices for their own benefits at minor shareholders' expense. and when prices are low enough, they will start buy back and buy out exercises.

If not wrong, HPH usually trade at yield above 9%. So with dividend guide of only 20-23 hk ￠ , its best estimate would be just usd 0.33. Present price of usd 0.385 alr very good liao

x 0 		This is why that time 1 hongkist brought his tesla electric car from Hong Kong to Singapore, sg gov want to charge him emissions fee due to higher energy consumption from such conversion eventually result more emission. Tesla CEO even want to sue sg gov.

But I think sg gov is right, a small country where got remote area, whatever we burn whatever we emit.

But recently I see electric car project 1 by 1 coming out link with no driver electric car project and the electric car taxi. Then I just scratch my head, what our gov doing? At the end, conclude, job creations and not to leave behind if 1 day electric car really replace oil car since it is only possible when oil and gas are running out.

So electric car replace fueled car? Not possible at all.

x 0 		You missed the 2nd most crazy period. The first one is dragon chip in 2006-2008 now is s chip. The 2nd one is penny run in 2012-2013. Noble down from 1 to 11 11- 27.5 is nothing. That time penny run, every morning we have few penny posted 100% gain at 9 am, some can go 150%. 2 cents can go 2 dollars and etc.

x 0 		It may come down to 52.5-53 tomorrow. So may still have chance for 52.5.

Hopefully indofood leg won't be pulled by cpo price and soy oil price which seem like stagnant for too long at low which is not a good sign.

Chart at 9am at Monday open( ) based on price at 52-52.5(if still at this price)

Support 51-51.5(4hr low bollinger), 50.5(month mid bollinger)

Resistance 52-52.5( 4hr mid bollinger) and 54(Day midbollinger ) 58-59(month upper bollinger.

Trend line: 15mins and 30mins uptrend, 1hr 2hr, sideline 4hr downtrend

Next action: safeguard the 50.5-51 support level, turn 4hr to uptrend and swing up.

Soy oil price and cpo price play big role of price movement. FA undervalued.

x 0 		When just now at 51.5-52. You do this way, queue some at 51.5, buy some at 52 especially you have wait for more than 6 hr about a day till evening still cannot get 51.5, you should buy some at 52. Then average is about 51.75. Not too bad.

Otherwise, now has to chase up.

The bidders may has commanded houses to collect from them at open market now.

So the house try to buy 10% cheaper than offered price. any price higher say no. So explain why price at 2.65-2.7???

May be bidders will adjust in next round counter offer? Who knows but based on price seem like is around 3 dollars

Am I right to suggest that whoever sold at 22.5 go join the buy queue at 22cts?....Queue building up slowly..
