x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	At first look at resistance at top, what left? Month mid bollinger, feb is 30. So March will come down, 24 is end of feb, refer to march so guess around 27-29for March month resistance(Traders all do the guess judge). Then day and 4hr over bought with RSI more than 70. Turn chart to 30mins, do you see upper bollinger at 28? Do you see the previous one 25 also touch upper bollinger? This is one of the indicator of sideline for 30mins, then 25 and 28 both are day chart and 4hr oversold. Then use RSI divergence and convergence method you can see distribution too. So this is one type of chart pattern to short at a chart very overbought or oversold. Because 28 is close to month chart and also 2nd pump, so the down is bigger than 25. Hybrid car is good ideal. But end up will electric be cheaper than petrol? Has the electric power grid in China ready for the power load for car? Do you know for power conversion for moving a car is equal to how much consumption per house hold? So gov wanted make money 15 dollars per charge lor.... There EV is the way to go.... if u guys dont see the biz opp and be the first mover.... others will eventually take it... I know we are currently pro oil as alot of refinery setup shop on our shore.... but we had to face the reality that future is EV.... Tesla CEO even want to sue sg gov. But I think sg gov is right, a small country where got remote area, whatever we burn whatever we emit. But recently I see electric car project 1 by 1 coming out link with no driver electric car project and the electric car taxi. Then I just scratch my head, what our gov doing? At the end, conclude, job creations and not to leave behind if 1 day electric car really replace oil car since it is only possible when oil and gas are running out.
