Top up 0.047 to convert to the shares...

at its current 0.018, it makes sense to buy the rights and convert at 0.047 because mother shares is trading at 0.073... 0.073 > 0.018+0.047... of course this assumes mother price remains above 0.065 when you receive your shares and able to trade the mother shares

Correct. You can buy and trade the rights until 1st Apr

You got to weigh between buying rights+exercising(0.047) those rights versus buying the share at the the market price to decide

at the current market price, 0.069 is almost equal to 0.021+0.047... thus not much difference. Both eventually should cost the same and the market will determin this.

on 24 mar and 25 mar, there was a slight gap but gap has narrowed..

Bro, your right is worth 0.21 per piece now if you sell it. If you don' t sell it by 1st Apr, you have till 8th Apr to exercise and pay 0.47 per piece to convert them into mother shares.. if you hold the rights after 1st Apr and didn' t exercise them, your rights become worthless....

You need to pay 0.47/piece to convert(subscribe

These are renounceable rights.. those who receive can sell them if they don' t intend to exercise

those who don' t own mother shares previously can buy the rights in open market either to exercise or simply to trade the rights

Bro these are renounceable rights and that' s why they are traded like stocks, but trading will cease for these rights after 1st Apr.

aftwr you purchase the rights, you need to exercise these rights by 8 Apr(if I ain' t wrong about the dates).. or else the rights that you bought will turn worthless. Thus you either wish to trade by 1st Apr or you can hold and exercise by 8th Apr. If you don' t have intention to exercise, please sell by 1st Apr

so surprise no one answers you...

base on above timeline, you figure out what are the possibilities on the price of R from Monday till 1st apr

Frankly speaking I buy the rights to convert. Because I am betting on the Mother price to jump after rights stop trading. My target price is only 8 cents. 5.5 to 8 cents that&rsquo s $25k profit for 1M shares. Now at 2.1 cents it is already $13k profit. So if it goes to 3 cents or higher I might only consider selling the rights or the rights is trading at a premium like just now. Anyway, Big Huat to all Bros! See you on Monday! I don' t recall any graph that is a straight line upward... retract applies to any upward moving counter..

We are in pretty situation(bought at 6) but different in our approaches... I got holdings at 6.1 too but when it was down to 3 cents, I double up

offloaded when it was 4+cents

when it was down to 2 cents, double up again.. no plan at all to offload at the moment

BB heard news about it being unstable ( can drop by 45.3% in one day so less number of them would enter to buy ). Most likely, only good financial report next qurater would push it to 5 cents.

Personally, I entered purchasing only $12xx at 6.1 cents using spare money from profits of other stocks the day before it dropped by 45.3% from 6.4 cents to 3.4 cents. The news on TV were reporting about it to viewers too. So everyone in Singapore playing shares knows about this stock being unstable. I believe only release of good news next qurater could push it up..... as much as I wish for it to go up fast, I think in our cases must go long.....

To answer some of your questions, I am vested in Place Holdings, Grand venture, leaders, ETC, enviro, joyas, avarga, Sri Trang...

but at the moment, none of above seem to be more interesting as compared to Oceanus... .why you only restrict the comparison to Jiutian?

Not sure what to question when most of the numbers and evidence are being laid out. Yes, everyone can have different views, however, if those views are a threaten to the company and CEO reputation, those are not views anymore. It will be seen as an attack. And seeing how even the CEO of Oceanus has to step up and release an announcement, this is not a small matter anymore.
