there isn' t a lot of meat left to short. just be nimble. short trade is too crowded I think. it just need some news to cause a sharp bounce

if this company survive this downturn and survive MTP, there will be huge return for the long term holders..

The price is really cheap...but i still dont want go long because of the MTP...

if some more good news comes out and take out of MTP fear, i would jump in long ...

till then short or sideline...

Ezra said the addition of NYK will ensure accelerated growth of the subsea services business and bring expertise in vessel operations and asset management.


I think it is good news in the long term for shareholders as multiple players wiling to pump in money to save Ezra in the form of partnership.

Technical wise, either price will continue to go up or it will test the sysmetrica triangle first before going up.

Let me re post for the benefit of those who didn't read:


Possibilities:
1. Rights issue: unlikely cos Lee family already broke after subscribing last rights at 0.105. Their vehicle, jit sun, exited loyz energy.
2. Contract: not likely. Normally they announced after their results announcements. The most is halt one day
3. New shares: Maybe. And if so, some one reputable must be some reputable kid on the block or its existing partner Chiyoda.
4. Takeover: possible. As nav is grossly higher than the current share price. Overall macro industry is improving and good time to offer. Lots of intrinsic value.
A. Takeover party: chiyoda- highly possible. Had been very quiet ever since their last done deal
B. Takeover party: Lee family privatization?- unlikely. They are broke
C. Takeover party: some big names. Maybe
5. Share consolidation: unlikely- why now when they have a good two months to pump the price and market is conducive and not difficult to do so. Also if consolidation, why would share price moved up? The last consolidation MTP Requirment sent the price down to 0.048 (the lowest) if everyone remembers.
6. Merger with triyards, emas....: unlikely cos they are not halted.

My conclusion and speculation: it will be a good news cos the news got leaked out and someone bought and bought till exchange forced company to halt it.

pS I appear to talk rubbish in other counter forum. But I can be dead serious and talk sense from my 20 years of trading. Good luck all. I am deeply vested in this. Good luck to me too.

x 0 		I checked . There is no announcement at emas yet. Don't confuse this contract with other contract. And it is not the subsidiary that win the contract. we r talking about Emas AMC not Emas offshore.
