Maersk also dam one kind, for such a huge contract, there usally has a clause of 5 to 10% of a retention sum to be realeased 1 yr later after the full completion, cant they just wait for seatrium to complete the remaining 1.X % before terminating the contract

something just dunt seem right to me.

unless its a very serious material breach of the contract that forces maersk to take such drastic action.
