Due to the nature of its business, Seatrium faces more of such risks than the average listed company. This has happened quite often.

Not tariffs.   Trump doesn' t like wind power.   He said windmills causes cancer and kills birds and whales.   No, I not kidding.

Don't tell me it's related to Trump tariffs since it going to be operating in the US? Maybe got some expensive parts from China or ASEAN and are subject to US tariffs and the buyer and seller push here push there?

Most likely there would have been progresive payments. So not just 10% down payment. Maersk will fight to get some money back. It will be another sword hanging over thead for quite some time. Add to the long list ..

Agree.  Not just terminate the contract, as indicated in the announcement, there are allegations together with the Notice.

Don't worry about it. It's Maersk problem. They don't want the vessel it's really their problem. We built it, and you don't want it, so be it. Don't expect us to refund your money. Period

Be VERY careful about this ......it would not be resolve quickly ....any court case would be long .  Maersk ....a large company in this field knows what they are talking about and certainly have their reason/s to do this at the last moment .  Unfortunately , Seatrium wld be affected by this action. Be prepare for a long court case .  DYODD

Sibeh jialat. Seems like Trump bullying tactics are rubbering off their corporate titans boardrooms. Better get out of companies that make money from US mainland.

Probably Marsk is trying to get back their 10% downpayment citing breach of contract.

Maersk also dam one kind, for such a huge contract, there usally has a clause of 5 to 10% of a retention sum to be realeased 1 yr later after the full completion, cant they just wait for seatrium to complete the remaining 1.X % before terminating the contract something just dunt seem right to me. unless its a very serious material breach of the contract that forces maersk to take such drastic action. just my point of view, dyodd |

So u plan to enter at 1.8/1.9 only? Or may consider earlier? I cashed out @2.44/2.48 previously. Placed 2.3 but just removed them 😅
